What we collect

To complete a rental we need your name, email address, phone number, driver's licence details and payment card. We also store the bookings themselves and any messages you send us.

Why we collect it

Solely to fulfil the rental, meet our legal obligations as a vehicle operator, and contact you about a booking in progress. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and insurance requirements. Licence images are deleted 90 days after the rental ends. Marketing consent, where given, is retained until withdrawn.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete anything not subject to a retention requirement. Write to the support address in the footer and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep staff signed in to the management console. The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
